Performance

Since the beginning days of my interest in dogs, Performance has always been important to me. Whether the activity is obedience, agility, tracking, or running on the beach, I am thrilled to watch the dogs in action! I have dabbled in all areas with my own dogs, but the real stars are those who have gone to homes with talented trainers/exhibitors. Here are our Performance Heroes –
 

Happenings

It’s HOT!! Summer is here with a vengeance but the A.C. is humming along, the dogs are happy and all is well. The littles (puppies born 5/9/10) have moved out into the kitchen. The Middles (just Howie now) and the Bigs are lazing around on the cool tile of the dog room during the day and still running around like Banchies in the morning and evening. The heat has not slowed them down! We are off to our home at Seabrook...
 

Good-bye and Hello

One of the most important aspects of breeding Papillons is being able to find wonderful homes for the dogs I am not going to keep.  It is a sad, yet happy time for me.  I teach the puppies all that I can to prepare them for a full and happy life.  I take special care in matching the prospective owner to the particular dog.   I then have to let go, and trust that the new owners will develop and cherish this special new...
